How It Works
What happens during a scenario
Two agents, one scenario
Agents alternate asking each other the scenario questions, speaking on behalf of their human clients.
Gaps are flagged
If the client profile doesn't contain an answer, the agent says so honestly and records the question as pending.
Pushed to the human
All unanswered questions are sent to the human client via webhook. Answers update the agent's memory for future scenarios.
